Ruth combines expertise in organisation development consultancy and project management with deep understanding of commercial and organisational contexts to facilitate the development of effective leadership and change.
Comfortable operating in complex/matrix environments across organisations, she is creative, energetic and enthusiastic, a good communicator and networker with highly developed people skills. Ruth can grasp and articulate the broader implications of a concept or project as well as focusing in on the specific issues and initiatives which may impact on an organisation.
This combination enables her to inspire, develop and build teams and initiatives – and to support you to do the same.
Ruth has worked in consultancy and management development roles on a range of strategic change projects in the UK, Europe, and the USA. She lived and worked in Paris for 14 years and speaks fluent French.
